Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Aurayne House handles personal information for Free Preview, saved chart profiles, support requests, Single Full Reading purchases, and—when a subscription is active for your account—Deep Monthly or Full Monthly. Annual plans are not currently offered. See also our Terms, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What we may collect

Free Preview: birth date, optional birth time, birthplace, gender, and an optional reading question may be sent to generate a one-time preview. We aim not to require email for this step.

Saved chart / profile: if you save a chart or create a profile, we may store birth details, email (if provided), reading questions, preview history, and preferences needed to show your saved chart tools and respond to support requests.

Support messages: email and message content you send to support@auraynehouse.com.

Payment and subscription data (when paid plans are enabled): payment details such as full card numbers are handled by Stripe or a similar payment processor. Aurayne House does not store full card numbers. We may store processor-related records such as customer ID, subscription ID or one-time purchase ID, payment status, plan ID (for example Deep Monthly, Full Monthly, Deep Annual, Full Annual, or Single Full Reading), billing email, and related timestamps needed to provide access, support billing, and meet legal obligations.

How data is used

Birth details are used to calculate chart structure and generate reflective readings. We do not sell personal data, including birth data.

We do not use your private saved chart data to train third-party AI models unless we clearly disclose that in an updated notice and obtain any consent required by law.

Some explanation layers may use third-party AI or API services with only the minimum structured context needed for a specific request.

Retention

Saved chart and profile data is retained until you request deletion, we no longer need it for the stated purpose, or we are required to retain it by law.

Payment and subscription records are retained as needed for billing support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Anonymous or short-lived preview processing may use shorter retention during beta.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for site function, session continuity, and security.

When analytics is enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand public page views and privacy-safe conversion events such as pricing views, checkout starts, verified checkout returns, Single Full purchases, subscription activation, and Billing Portal opens. Analytics events are limited to page path, environment, public plan identifiers, and fixed public amounts. We do not send birth details, reading text, Profile IDs, access tokens, full email addresses, card details, or Stripe secret identifiers to analytics.

Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled for this site configuration. You can also use browser controls or Google’s available analytics opt-out tools to limit analytics collection.

Reflective use only

This service is for personal reflection. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

Payment status

Single Full Reading ($59.99 one-time) is available for purchase through secure checkout on this site. Payment is processed by Stripe when you complete checkout.

Deep Monthly ($19.99/month) and Full Monthly ($29.99/month) are recurring subscriptions tied to the saved Profile used at checkout. They can be managed or cancelled through the Stripe Billing Portal. Deep Annual and Full Annual are not currently offered.

Age and children’s privacy

Free features are intended for users who confirm they are at least 13 years old. Paid reading checkout is intended for users who confirm they are at least 18 years old.

Users under 13 should not use this site. Users under 18 who use free features should do so only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, contact support@auraynehouse.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your choices

For privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact support@auraynehouse.com. Include the email address used with your profile or checkout when possible. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing or removing profile-linked information.
