These Terms govern your use of Aurayne House (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the Free Preview and any future paid reading plans. By using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service overview

Aurayne House provides interpretive BaZi-based reading content for personal reflection. Content is digital, symbolic, and non-deterministic.

Free Preview is a free first-layer reading experience. It remains free unless we clearly state otherwise on the live site.

Single Full Reading ($59.99 one-time) — available for purchase now; one-time purchase, not a subscription
Deep Monthly ($19.99/month) — recurring monthly subscription; one focused issue per billing period for the same saved Profile
Full Monthly ($29.99/month) — richer recurring monthly subscription; one longer, broader issue per billing period for the same saved Profile

Annual subscriptions (Deep Annual / Full Annual) are not currently offered. If annual plans are offered in the future, their prices and terms will be shown at checkout.

Single Full Reading includes 14-day Deep Follow-up Access as bundled bonus access. The follow-up has no separate cash value, does not auto-renew, and does not convert into subscription credit.

Single Full Reading ($59.99 one-time), Deep Monthly ($19.99/month), and Full Monthly ($29.99/month) are available through secure checkout on this site. Deep and Full renew monthly until cancelled and can be managed through the Stripe Billing Portal. Annual plans are not currently offered. Checkout terms shown at purchase also apply.

Interpretive readings; not professional advice

Aurayne House does not predict death, lifespan, fatal events, medical diagnoses, legal outcomes, financial returns, immigration results, investment results, or unavoidable disasters.

Readings are for reflection, self-understanding, timing awareness, and personal insight. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, immigration, psychological, mental-health, or emergency advice, and they do not guarantee outcomes in relationships, wealth, health, career, timing, or any other area.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified professionals when needed.

Birth data and reading quality

Readings depend on the birth details you provide, including date, time, place, and gender where requested. Inaccurate or incomplete birth data may reduce usefulness. Unknown birth time and other boundary cases may require additional verification or remain limited in confidence.

Product scope

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, paid reading subscriptions do not include Liu Yao question readings, Zi Wei readings, compatibility readings, separate monthly report tools, or dashboard member tools beyond what is explicitly described for that plan at checkout. Single Full Reading covers one full-tier BaZi reading delivery plus the bundled follow-up access described above.

Subscriptions and billing (when paid plans are enabled)

When a monthly subscription is active, Deep Monthly and Full Monthly are recurring monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

If annual plans are offered in the future, they would be recurring annual subscriptions billed once per year, renewing automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date, with the same monthly reading cadence as their monthly counterparts. Annual plans are not currently offered.

Single Full Reading is a one-time purchase. It does not auto-renew and is not a subscription.

You are responsible for canceling subscription plans before renewal if you do not want another charge. Prices, taxes, and billing cadence are shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe (or another third-party payment processor). Aurayne House does not store full card numbers. Billing management, including cancellation of future renewals, is handled through Stripe’s customer portal when available. Processor terms may also apply.

Recurring billing and renewal

When a monthly subscription is active, you are charged the plan price shown at checkout on each renewal date until you cancel. Renewal follows the Stripe billing cycle anchored to your subscription start (or as otherwise shown on your receipt). You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date through the Stripe customer billing portal (when available) or by emailing support@auraynehouse.com from your checkout email. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not undo a charge already processed for the current period.

Access after cancellation

After you cancel, entitled access to subscription features continues through the end of the current paid billing period. New monthly issues are not started for periods after entitlement ends. Readings already delivered for paid periods remain available in your reading archive while your account and delivery links remain valid, subject to this policy and our Privacy Notice.

Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry according to its retry schedule. During a failed-payment / past-due state, access to new monthly generation may be limited or paused while billing is unresolved. You can update your payment method in the billing portal. We may send payment-failure notices to your checkout email. If payment is not restored, the subscription may cancel and access ends according to the entitlement rules above.

Monthly delivery

An active Deep Monthly or Full Monthly subscription entitles you to one new monthly reading issue per billing period for your saved chart profile—not a repeat Single Full Reading and not unlimited regenerations. A monthly issue becomes available after its generation process completes for that billing period; you are notified when it is ready. Recurring billing alone does not mean a reading is generated instantly at checkout. Short delays can occur for technical or validation reasons. If generation fails, you may retry when the product allows an explicit retry for that period; duplicate successful issues for the same period are not created.

Archive access

Delivered monthly issues for entitled periods may be viewed in your subscription archive / dashboard while you remain entitled (including through the end of a canceled but still-paid period). Archive access for past issues may continue for those already delivered periods as long as we retain the records and your access credentials remain valid; it is not a guarantee of indefinite offline download unless we expressly provide one.

Age requirements

By using free features, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and permitted your use).

By starting paid reading checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Users under 13 must not use this site. Users under 18 should use free features only with parental knowledge and consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, scrape content, abuse generation flows, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
