Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellation and refunds work for Aurayne House paid reading plans. Paid reading plans are not open for checkout unless Aurayne House expressly enables them. This policy applies once paid checkout becomes available.

Plans covered

  • Deep Monthly ($19.99/month)
  • Full Monthly ($29.99/month)
  • Deep Annual ($199/year)
  • Full Annual ($299/year)
  • Single Full Reading ($59.99 one-time)

Monthly and annual plans are digital reading subscriptions. Single Full Reading is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Free Preview remains free and is not a paid subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals anytime before your next billing or renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not remove access immediately unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Access continues through the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual term) unless Aurayne House states otherwise on the live checkout page or in a written notice.

How to cancel: when paid plans are live, use the Stripe customer billing portal if available, or email support@auraynehouse.com from the email used at checkout. Include your name and the plan you wish to cancel.

Refund overview

Because readings are digital content generated and delivered electronically, refund eligibility depends on plan type and whether content has already been generated or delivered. Readings are interpretive and reflective — Aurayne House does not offer refunds because a reading did not match expectations or did not produce a particular outcome.

We may also review refund requests for duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, or payment without reading delivery when delivery should have occurred.

Monthly subscriptions (Deep Monthly, Full Monthly)

We may consider a 48-hour unused-content goodwill review after purchase. Otherwise, the current billing period is generally non-refundable once paid reading content for that period has been generated or delivered.

You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next monthly billing date.

Annual subscriptions (Deep Annual, Full Annual)

A 7-day full refund window applies from purchase. After 7 days, fees are generally not prorated or refunded.

You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next annual renewal date and keep access through the paid annual term.

Single Full Reading (one-time)

Single Full Reading is a one-time digital purchase for one full-tier reading. It is refundable within 24 hours only if the reading has not been generated. After generation, it is generally non-refundable except for duplicate charge, technical failure, or a refund required by law.

Single Full Reading includes 14-day Deep Follow-up Access as bundled bonus access. The follow-up has no separate refund or cash value, does not auto-renew, and does not convert into subscription credit.

How to request a refund review

Contact support@auraynehouse.com with the checkout email, charge date, plan name, and a short description. We will review in good faith but are not obligated to issue refunds outside the rules above.

Charge disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before initiating a chargeback when possible. Chargebacks may delay account review and access restoration.
